Ok so I muted the server for 1 minute because you weren't having a conversation you were all singing and I muted for 1 minute so everyone could cool down. And no someone asked for FFA so I started the vote. Also if I wasn't getting abused by two of you constantly then what is the right punishment for you? You have been constantly abusing me because of my age. You even admitted it. You said other admins slay and warn for the same reasons as you but everyone hates you. I banned you and another player for a hour for constant abuse. Ok I slayed you for shooting me as soon as I went through a Tele. And the other time I warned you was for killing a guy (which was ok) but then shot another guy when he came through the Tele. When you were arguing with me you were using a high time of voice so I muted you so you could cool down.

Also please provide evidence

You haven't addressed any of the points I made in my post, please don't reply unless you intend on telling me that something I said was false. I'll go first to make it easy for you:

You're lying. I wasn't singing, Ezki was, but he was dealt with accordingly.

I never said calling an FFA vote was admin abuse. It's a vote for a reason.

The correct punishment for text abuse is a text based gag. However said abuse is unfortunately the only way somebody can get a reaction out of you because you are unable to explain your actions, evident by your post just now, which ignores the vast majority of my points and simply repeats your original argument. I'd recommend you don't post if you're unable to address a single counter-argument I make, because frankly, the fact that you can't says more about you than silence does. It's in your best interest to not incriminate yourself, seeing as the lack of proof is most likely going to be the deciding factor in this matter.

I called you immature but never mentioned your age in a context, you're obviously insecure about it and you're inferring things that simply aren't the point I was making. A sign of immaturity, regardless of age. I don't see where I admitted this either.

I said other admins are harsh and on occasion use powers when there's no need for it, but you never hear anyone saying Riggsy's admin shenanigans ruins their experience on the server, yet many people say that about you, because you simply single people out and don't give them any chance to defend themselves.

You said I telecamped you, please address the fact that telecamping involves a teleport and camping, whereas I was moving away from the teleport as fast as possible in a straight line, the polar opposite of camping. Furthermore, address the fact that nobody else would have the right to complain in that situation, and justify your right to throw around your admin power when you knew I was there and you followed me in anyway.

You said I telecamped the second guy, but not only did he come out, shoot and then aim at me, but he also came in directly after me. !Warning me for shooting the second guy should mean the first guy deserves a warning for shooting me, because he shot at me the same way I shot at the second guy. This was not the case, as you only warn people who criticise you because you're incapable of handling criticism and treat any instance of it as an attack.

Saying I was arguing "with" you is not even remotely true, you refused to respond, that's why I raised my voice. You then made the decision to use admin to silence me instead of replying, justifying your actions, apologising where necessary and de-escalating the situation, aka what an adult would do.

Admins are trusted and expected to make minor decisions without the need of evidence. If admin abuse occurs, even over minor incidents (Given that they are trusted to make rational decisions without recordings of evidence) it is taken very seriously.

Please use shadow-play or fraps to record any potential admin abuse that occurs.
Although with major offenses such as cheating/DOS/Dox non-global admins still need to record evidence.

Understandable, I'm primarily making this post because Jynxx refuses to participate in 2-way communication unless an abuse report is submitted, but also for future reports; evidence that there was some kind of prior conflict is in and of itself something of note, even if the nature of the conflict is uncertain due to lack of proof.
