Well that's how it should be if we go by the rules because it says that "The use of JETPACK or other unlockables is NOT allowed during: HIDE AND SEEK DAY and ZOMBIE DAY" which is how people get around the rule by saying it's scrollwheel. I've had many times where someone has said they were using scrollwheel to an admin, and they weren't slain.
