Killemz admins are made to reference the rules to the common player base.
Admins cannot add interpretations to rules unless the rule itself is unclear. Even then, admins should seek confirmation with other staff.
The rule (CT 21)
CT21: GUARDS cannot plant/give guns to PRISONERS, unless it is needed in a game situation (e.g gun toss).
