[JAILBREAK] Gunplanting Rule

Can't be bothed reading what others have said so here's my opinion(may have been said already). It should only be gun plant if the Ct has given a T any gun that has bullets in it, If doesn't have any ammo in it, It should be ok. I think it should be like this because the warden might want to play gun toss as a map game. But as I said I haven't read anything on here
