Totally get all that. This is the most common way of viewing demos, it doesn't take long. I like these servers and will put my hand up to help out as admin if I qualify and get the nod and would be willing to view demo files directly.

Only because the forums didn't accept the attachment. I haven't had the need to upload a video to YouTube and don't see this as a reason to start.

To record a demo you type in the console: record <name>, it's a name you type in, it's not automatic. Are you talking about MM demos maybe? This link says to record demos as I have been.
