The only thing annoying thing is when sometimes the under 18's power trip over their Admin rank because they think that it is the most important aspect of their life. There are exceptions to this Seth is a perfect example of a underage admin that does a good job.

I totally agree with you. The attitude that some admins have is - in my opinion - totally unacceptable. Whilst it isn't against the rules, some people get admin just for the sake of getting admin. They're always quick to ban/mute/gag people and are just want to look "cool". I'm all for punishing those that have to be punished, but you're there to make the server more fun! There's no need to mute someone instantly for some light cussing in voice chat. Being an admin is about helping the community, and some people just don't understand that the community always comes first. I don't actually have time right now to explain my thoughts completely, but you are absolutely correct. The attitude some admins have is appalling, and whilst it isn't against any rules, it's horrible to have to witness it.
