Yeah, I'm with ~~DESTINY~~ (BANNED) & n8 on this. Clouds has openly admitted to doing it and when Silver Smurf even confronted him about it he admitted straight away.

I think maybe a ban change or unban would be suitable (3 day ban at most.)
