The end cell where the window is breakable is obviously classed as a vent.
the ass on bars order states that you must be ass on bars, button frozen, facing the back of your cell.
If you're ass on bar against the window, then how can you face the back of your cell? You can't. Therefore you can't stand there and have to be ass on bars on the cell door.
