Don't exactly think you are fit for the role you are quite new compared to other players and you need to be active in forums more and become more familiar with the community.
I do see abuse and it isnt exactly that easy pick out if its banter and joking around so if you are an admin and are still do this it may seem to new comers we are
a community that accepts abuse toward each other.
