For future reports, you'll need more evidence of more severe abuse for a ban to be given. I wouldn't exactly call someone asking if people like you abuse report worthy. (Sorta like being 5 years old saying "Mummy that boy called me a poopy head > " However it does look like he was spamming chat a fair bit. I also checked chat logs (since not much evidence was provided, which I shouldn't have to do) and he seems to show toxicity to a lot of people.
