I'll go with a neutral/+1 just based on the fact that I think you do need a bit more time before applying though you seem like a genuine bloke that'll do well as an admin in the future.
I do think right now however that invex is kind of saturated with admins and are pretty well moderated so it's not necisary per say though there ain't no harm. btw my +1/neutral wasn't effected by the saturation of admin currently. Only my own opinion of him and his ability to admin on the server.
