Having a gun isn't automatically KOS usually, the rule here doesn't specifically say you can say guns are KOS, it just says you can tell T's to drop it. 

Having a gun normally isn't kos, but in freedays people say "guns are kos" and kill people w/ a gun, so i'm pretty sure there has been 136,134,132,986,378 freekills
