Veteran Promotions

@"TripleCDawg" may have joined in march but he has been here all along in our hearts.

Just FYI join time means very little to me and probably the other staff members too.
There are players who've been here from 2014 with 8 forum posts and no contributions, doesn't mean they deserve veteran.

The people we pick to promote to vet are those who have contributed a lot and its actually impressive that all upper admins agreed Triple's contributions were on par with all the other current Veterans given how long he has been a member.

I also think those who can't congratulate others on a promotion probably aren't veteran material.
