[JAILBREAK] Nich Mic Spamming

I hopped on and warned/muted Nich for excessive mic spamming.
Pretty sure Akmal_Habibi was doing the same.
Rood was on CT but was not playing the game properly although he quickly switched to T so I couldn't judge whether he can actually play CT side.
I'll wait on a demo review before giving out any bans.
