Changes:
- You can no longer have 2 special days in a row. There must now be 1 normal round between each special day. Round 1 freeday is also included as a special day which means Round 2 cannot be a special day.
- Wardens now have the ability to Reset T Health to 100hp. This is only to be used before map games if different T HP's will result in an unfair game. This is not a replacement for medic and abuse will result in strict punishments. A rule will be added for this command shortly.
