Jailbreak POTM New Eligibility Rules?

Hey we all know that it's really a popularity contest at the moment and i'm shit at those (wait wat???? who would have guessed!). Since byte has said that it's a substitute for GameMe which is quite competitive making this a rule would help out those like myself (best warden 2k18 nah jk) to win and get the benefits so a +1 from me.
