I disagree with all of this. It shouldn't be/isn't subjective. If you are a good rebeller you can rebel and kill the CT's very often, which should get you ROTM. If you're a good warden, you warden frequently and can keep the T's in control/take control of an out of control situation easily, which should get you WOTM. None of that is subjective and is what POTM was meant to be, people just can't take it seriously
