A good warden is someone who knows what they're doing and can make it to LR almost all the time.

I think a good warden is one that makes it fun for everyone in the server. These are the people I want to vote for warden of the month. You want to vote for the ones who can 'keep the ts under control'. I don't see why you want to restrict people like me from voting for who we think are the best wardens just because you don't think they are.

Nononono, now you're missing my point and misquoting me xd my general statement is that it isn't subjective because of the reasons I stated. I never said that being a fun warden doesn't deserve WOTM, I mentioned that a fun warden needs to have the above qualities I mentioned otherwise they'd never be able even make it to a map game. I also never said that I want to restrict people like you from voting. Generally, people have been able to vote for an appropriate WOTM although this month it clearly isn't right. This is why we want to introduce a minimum !pt ct so that people who put in the effort receive the award they deserve.
