How to have a stretched screen instead of having black bars. *ONLY INTEL GRAPHICS*

Go on Graphic Properties, pick a resolution on the section of (4:3) and then press pick the option on the middle. Use that resolution everytime playing CS:GO or any other game, and then go on Video Settings for CS:GO, and use Fullscreen Windowned.
Now you should have fullscreen stretched.
