Possibility Of Adding Music To Surf

I think everyone is +1'ing without thinking about surf rounds. Surf rounds are much shorter and map changes occur much faster. Not to mention the 'round end' time is only 5 seconds long. People typically talk on surf and some listen to their own music or use !sm where as in Jailbreak you have to listen to whats going on so you need audio.

Overall I think a fair amount of people wouldnt not enjoy round end sounds on surf. However, as it can be turned off, it shouldn't be much of an issue.

Could we make the round end time 13 secs? Like you said, not much of an issue to people since they can turn them off.
