However, I think he was going to leave anyways, but if he just left without throwing his guns right next to the teleporter out of climb it would have been fine, as it would count as a slayed gun.

Gun planted and left before I could ctban him for 60 minutes for intentional gun plant.
Someone then went through the teleporter (where he threw his guns away) and used the gun to kill all of the remaining CT's.
He should probably know better with his time on CT...
