+1 he's a trusted person so giving him perms on another server that he goes onto when he has the time isn't gonna hurt, he knows the rules so there's no problemo. Who tf cares if he isn't as active as some other admins, school is a thing you know? And the most active players don't automatically deserve admin, the same vice versa. If he has the perms to deal with rule breakers when he has the time to come on then great, there's no harm done.
