+1, I've been watching him since he said he needed a rec, and he has changed my opinion heaps since his last app.
- Enforces rules pretty much all the time.
- Very active with more playtime than most of the admins currently.
- Can take a joke and doesn't get offended by everything.
- Knows the rules, and doesn't break them.
