Evidence	Demo: 04-04-2017-1720-am_nuke.dem Tick 4000: In this round, Roger stays AFK at spawn (probably toggling on) then when he comes back he instantly knows where enemy is. Tick 6000: Just flicks straight onto him through the boxes/walls and kills him lol. Tick 9000: Just locking onto his head again, then instantly headshots him. I think that's more than enough to ban him.
