I watched the demo while ve0 and at 1/4x, 1/2x and 1x speed.

38000 - Personally I don't think he is cheating here at all, the timing of when he shoots and when the opponent appears is almost instant but throughout the rest of the demo, I believe that this is just because demo's are 32 tick, like at the end when he kills him you see that he shoots before he flicks onto them.

69000 - Did the same as before, he tends to peek the left side, and if no one is there he looks to the right, above the wall where the head sticks out. He has a good reaction time from what I can see but that is about it at this point.

74000 - Can't really comment on this, he could have been messaging someone, changing skins, who knows.

77000 - Again peeks the same side, but this time has the wall that you can peek over as an advantage, and here he shoots, then aims which I believe is a result of the tick-rate.

81000 - This is a little sus, he had a very small gap of time to react to him peeking, can't really say much other than that.

90000 - Again this is a bit weird, he shot pretty much instantly as soon as he peeked but as said before you have to remember the tick-rate difference may affect that a little.

As a non-biased opinion, I believe that it is a small possibility that he was cheating, but after playing with him in comp, and spectating him over about 5-6 maps previously I believe more evidence is needed. Remembering that you have to compensate for the tick-rate of the demos I'm 95% sure he was not cheating.

Also as another point, he has made a map for the 1v1 server and is working towards making a Jailbreak map, I would be very surprised if someone would do something to get them permanently banned whilst in the middle of this, anyways good luck.
