Change to a better server runner

The lag spikes are annoying and is something I'm trying to fix.
As for moving, we'd probably get worse performance elsewhere.
What I have been looking into is maybe getting a dedicated server (like we used to have @ Wombat) but with much more power.
However, this would cost $400 a month and may be overkill.
Not to mention there are hidden costs in bandwidth.
Overall, I'm always considering my options to provide the best servers possible but its a decision Staff have to make.
