lmao no one enforces the 3 second rule anymore. It's just reaction time

Play a map of dust and listen to what people are saying every 2 minutes... I hear it way too often especially on dust.
Some people remind them it isnt an actual rule though, but it keeps coming up anyway.
Honestly i think everyone needs to be reminded about these fake rules.
