Do all admins actually know the rules?

Ah, okay. These little rules that players and admins create are used as guidelines when in the server trying to lay down the law. It's the practical version of the rule. For example the delaying rule,
"if your the last person you must hunt", this won't always be adhered to, it depends on the situation. It's not an actual rule, simply a method by which the rule is applied in practice. Please, don't call out admins for going afk when most of their team is alive. This isn't delaying at all. Hope this helped.

Well thats weird. First you go off telling me what I did was delaying, now you're telling me that it's not delaying to be afk while you have teammates alive?
It does not matter how many teammates are alive, the rule clearly states that you are not allowed to hide from other players or refuse to surf. It does NOT tell us you can be afk if you have teammates alive! Sir Lagalot

Going afk while most of your team mates is alive is okay for like 15 secs or whatever but not trying to kill people for a solid 40 while u are one of a few left alive is delaying. As Byte said it's pretty self explanatory.
