[JAILBREAK] lew & sto breaking rules, again!

Enough is enough.
Both lew and sto (BANNED) have have multiple prior bans.
sto (BANNED) in particular has come off a previous permanent ban.

lew rule breaking:
- Cheating (blatant)
- Freewounding
- Freekilling
- Breaking Warden rules
- Revealing Private Information

Lew now has 17+ total bans.
He also 'planned' this rule breaking with sto (BANNED).
For that, lew is given a permanent CT ban as well as a permanent global ban (appealable after 3 months on: 13/07/2017).

I strongly suggest you don't ban evade or you risk losing your ability to appeal.
