SPAWN CAMPING

I dont know if this stuff has been updated already but !rules says "No teleport or spawn camping. You must attempt to escape jail if possible.

• No teleport or spawn camping. You must attempt to escape jail if possible." So I don't know why people are still spawn camping. "Go ask an admin spawn camping is allowed, those rules are out-dated" -KJ
