only reason i say it is because you say when everyone joins the server u have the ip. Also all the time im on and u are on some how my ping rises.

I mentioned the program yeah, cant exactly remember why, i'm pretty sure someone questioned how to get an ip off cs, anyways, if i was to ddoss or anyone was to ddoss you, you wouldnt be on 100-200 ping. You wouldnt be able to use your internet. So don't assume things when you know nothing about it...
