I'm not sure how you would do but i've never seen you rage/spam/mic spam so thats good.

As for strictness we actually prefer admins that are more lenient and give out a lot of warnings (especially to newer players).

As for play time you only recently came back after being inactive for a long time so that is another thing to consider.

So its a neutral from me for this one until more people reply.
