-1, not enough people in this community follow high level cs, its pretty evident just looking at the average skill level of players as well as the amount of feedback on this thread. If this were to be added I don't think an award should be given out for it either, as Byte mentioned the awards only for special events such as community nights, contributions and signifcant achievements.
