Great player - Fun to play with, that is about it, however this is when the comment turns around.

I Seriously think at this present second i find that you are a little to immature to captain a ship.

However given that there are improvements over the next 2-3 weeks i would change my stance.

Take everything that has been said not as insults or bashes against you but constructive criticism, and turn the Staff/admins perspective of you around.
