Unfortunately I was dealing with someone else on tbe server at the time, good idea to remove my name since I wasn't really there.

Right in that case i'll base my decision on video evidence alone.

Okay so the kill was technically a freekill.
However Deamo was asking to be shot/killed which is basically why you shot him.

The rules don't really cover what happened here.

A new rule will be added soon:
- The warden (or guards with wardens permission) can kill prisoners who ask to be killed.
