Changes:
- Changes BHOP jump level from: WATER_LEVEL_HALF to WATER_LEVEL_FEET. Keep an eye out to see if this "breaks water". If not, see if you notice an improvement in bhopping accuracy/consistency when there is water at your feet and when you there is water up to your waist.
