Its an abuse report and nobody is trying anybody but thats why there is evidence posted.

Also we don't generally ban anyone for doing things outside of our game server for many reasons.

Completely understandable, only posted a thread because I was asked to, and the real reason behind this was more so people are a bit more critical of him when he's playing on your servers.
