Playtimes not a huge deal if the person is mature and is a great candidate.
You may not be a bad guy but i'd like to point a few things out, You previously hacked on your old account (You were called valence at the time) Then made a new account under the name fluxxo to avoid hackusations and what not, After some time (recently i believe) you changed your name back to valence.
When i played you seemed slightly immature and didn't seem to push people to follow rules, However that was quite some time ago now.
-1 In general based on previously hacking and trying to hide it and immaturity in the past.
