I have reviewed this report as it was requested of me.
There are missing details in the response above which is confusing people.

The initial ban duration (1 month/2 week appeal) is very reasonable given your previous ban for the same exact issue (mass spam).
This ban is fair and valid. None of the other banned parties have been given a global ban for mass spam and first punishments are always lenient.

The ban was then upgraded from (1 month/2 weeks appeal) to (3 months/1 month appeal) for attacks made in shoutbox against Ownaj.
You should have had your forum account changed to the 'banned' group at this point so you couldn't type in shoutbox but that wasn't done in time.
You have a history for attacking Ownaj in particular and have been given serious warnings to stop.

So overall this is 2 infractions:
- Repeated Mass mic spam (1 month ban)
- Further attacks on Ownaj via shoutbox (2 month ban)

The first offence is very fair and will remain (1 month/2 week appeal).
The second offence is a little drastic given that shoutbox perms should have been removed.
Its also a repeated offence but with no prior direct bans.
As a result it will be reduced to (2 months/1 month appeal) to (1 month/2 week appeal).

The overall ban is thus:
2 months with an appeal in 1 month (on 12/07/2017).

Due to the various claims made, I will handle this unban request personally when/if it is made.

In the future if a player accuses an admin of being bias, it is best that that admin does not handle that particular abuse report/unban request so a fair verdict can be reached whether that bias exists or not.
