Neutral, you're an awesome and funny guy don't get me wrong, however; you rarely enforce rules and when you do it only seems to be in your favour, also a little lack of knowledge of the rules and some toxicity to younger players because they don't know the rules themselves, resulting in you losing your cool for a couple seconds.

Saying this however, I wouldn't mind seeing how you go on a trial period.
