Solution 1 will suit the best, first there is a lot of troll out there that just gonna play earrape and shit. Secondly member wouldn't sacrifice their member rank just for playing some shitty earrape.
Also add some rules about it and if a player break a rule there will be a reason to put up an abuse report.
