There have been some great improvements over last 5 months or so compared to before but the JB admins still felt more time is needed.
Things to improve on:
- Don't try to start drama/fights (trolling/joking is fine but know the limit)
- Avoid being rude/harsh towards particular members, ignore them instead even if they are targeting you
- Use your natural voice when explaining rules
