Can we get people who can mute

I do understand the whole if they have the perms why not go for admin but maybe like they just dont wont admin and tbh a few more ppl who can just do these little things that help the server i think would be good. And dandy well maybe they can gag them as well. While writing this reply someone just screamed in there mic for about 15 seconds straight which tbh was some pretty bad ear rape.
