I don't know, I'm pretty skeptical about this program. It's not directly from Steam and wouldn't it just defeat the purpose of having it on your phone (which is much safer imo)

Its safe.

This mainly for people who don't want to be inconvenienced by Steam guard. I'm never going to get infected but I still have to use my phone for every trade which is a huge pain for me.
Also the program lets you encrypt your data with a password so thats something.
