Basically the same point I made in Forgotten's app before it was deleted so don't take it personal. 
With the hours you have in the past 2 weeks seen here I don't believe you have the activity required to be admin on all 3 servers. As Andi said it's great that you want to be admin on all servers, but at this point in time I think you should improve on your current activity to something like this. Anything from like 60-80+ hours/2wk is good in my eyes for all 3 servers, plus you may be less active in the near future from what you have told me, -1.
