Hmm what do others think about this?

So basically you can't have any repeat special days (no 2 Wardays in a row, no 2 Hunger Games).

At the same time sometimes the whole server wants to do a specific day over and over and we'd be removing their ability to do that.

Personally a neutral leaning -1 from me.
