WHOLE TIME HE IS CT - Doesnt use mic unless mic check. And also doesn't really try to assist warden and just 'stuffs about'

200941 - 201554  Does strafe jump and baits all the losers of it.
203861 - 204058  Walks through the ts and baits them all.
