[COMBAT SURF] Surf Telecamp

Wow... I know he used to telecamp and jailcamp a lot but I havent seen him do it that much recently.
Now im starting to think he has been telecamping and jailcamping everytime someone without a mic or someone good is on.
Yesterday me and butter got him down to -150 points, i came back on about 4 hours later and he had gained heaps of points. So I'm gonna check a few demos today over how that happened.
If he has been telecamping and jailcamping when nobody good is on, not only is that rule breaking. But the new players being telecamped will leave the server and join a different one, or quit combat surf out of rage.
Oh which reminds me, the other week I came on to the map ski with not many people on, I found him sitting at ladders scoping into the jail, he must have not seen me joining but when i called him out he jumped off, and of course, gave an excuse as he always does. Sadly, I do not have the evidence to prove this, although I do have a clip of him trying to telecamp me I think, where he also gave an excuse, I'll try to find it.
I just wanna say, when he telecamps me or someone else, (or tries to), I don't really bother to get it because I know 1 telecamp wouldnt give him a huge consequence and doesnt really matter, however i regret that, cuz i would have a lot of evidence if I recorded every telecamp.
I still see him do it a few times but not too often to be too much of a problem, other than the fact that he refuses to slay.

But yeah I can confirm he still does telecamp, although I thought he was getting a bit better at following rules. He's telecamped me only about 3 times in the past month and I think I only took 1 clip.
Honestly I'd be a lil pissed if I see that's what he's been doing to get points while i was off yesterday.
