Can confirm that Dobby was teasing Rusty in multiple demos that I have watched (including 04-10-2017-1731-surf_greatriver_xdream_invex_v2.dem). That being said, Dobby (BANNED) is already banned with no appeal.
The admin team have concluded that this is abuse and will now take the appropriate course of action.
