[COMBAT SURF] unnecessary slaying

The point im trying to get across is you can do that on any bloody map why should it matter on dust overcore
its not my fault if someone cant get the boost or is a slow surfer. bad luck for them. people can avoid places like jail and actually surf.

examples:
ski, i could be following someone, saw they fell into jail and i could fall into it all and instantly shooting. he may of moved away which means i would missed or i would have a chance to kill him. same concept as dust to but diferent maps.

Space zone, i could chase someone, see they fall in and follow them into jail and shoot in attempt to kill them.
none of these breaks rules.

big loop, i could be surfing following someone, (which is rare in the first place because its a bhop map and should be considered a surf map)
see them fall into jail after say getting the awp or a gun and falling and shoot as i go through. i have a 1 in 4 chance of even hitting them because theres 4 jail spawns.
